Day Two - Lost Canyon Adventure. Start off the rappelling with the first waterfall. Referred to as the "Baby", this small 10ft waterfall allows you to ease your way into learning the ropes - literally! Continue your journey through the canyon as you build up to the largest Lost Canyon challenge: an exciting 200ft waterfall rappel.

Day Three - Discover the beauty of Arenal Volcano and nearby Arenal National Park Reserves through leisurely and informative hikes led by expert nature guides.

Day Four - Embark on an unforgettable adventure with White-Water Rafting Tour and a Picnic River Lunch on the Sarapiqui River. Experience the thrill of navigating through rapids while surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the lush rain-forest.
Day Five - Take your private air-conditioned transfer from Arenal to San Jose Airport. Here you will board your flight to Bocas del Toro Airport in Panama. You will be met at the airport and to Nayara at Isla Frangipani.

Day Six - Explore the islands of the archipelago with your private captain and boat stocked with champagne and hors d'oeuvres . Enjoy snorkeling coral reefs teeming with life, island-hopping and dolphin-watching at sunset.
Day Seven - Relax and enjoy Nayara. SUP/kayak and snorkel from your sumptuous over- water bungalow.

Day Eight - Say farewell to Nayara as you head back to Bocas Del Toro Airport and onto Panama City for your flight home.
